May 21: Please join us on Vyshyvanka (Embroidery) Day as a community of Ukraine supporters at Crystal Springs Brewery, 604 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado 5:30-closing and enjoy volunteer-made pyrohy/varenyky.

May 24: Benefit Concert for Ukraine with Kateryna Pushkina and others at Avagadro’s Number in Fort Collins, Colorado (2-4pm).

June 27: Celebrate Ukrainian Constitution Day with SFSU at Launchpad Brewery in Aurora from 12-3. For more details see the events website.

July 22: Sunflower Seeds Ukraine, along with KGNU, proudly presents DakhaBrakha to Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder on July 22, 2026. Click HERE for tickets! 

July 23: Save this date to Dine Out for Ukraine! This is one of our largest community building and fundraising events of the year. Last year, over 50 restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, and breweries dedicated a portion of the day’s proceeds to Sunflower Seeds Ukraine. Our goal this year is to raise $20,000! Please stay tuned for the list of this year’s restaurants. If you’d like to nominate a restaurant to participate or help organize the event, please email events@sunflowerseedsukraine.org with subject line: Successful Dine Out for Ukraine 2026.

Thank you to SFSU volunteers and participants for continually showing up for Ukraine! On May 2nd, 75 people showed up for the Solar Chargers for Ukraine Event at Fairview High School in Boulder to convert and decorate solar panels to be sent to Vinnytsia, Ukraine which is Boulder, Colorado’s new Sister City!
