The Alumni Association and Forever Buffs Denver are collaborating with journalist and filmmaker Jordan Campbell for a special screening of the award-winning documentary, UKRAINE UNDER FIRE | A Film About War & Resilience (2025).

From the film's official website: “The story follows Olga Butko, a Ukrainian television news presenter and Jordan Campbell’s experience as an American journalist covering the conflict. With the war escalating every day, the duo collaborate on a series of interviews, chronicling aspects of resistance, war crimes and acts of genocide. The film speaks to Ukraine's quest for freedom, democracy and European integration, amidst the most significant conflict in Europe since World War II."

The night will feature a special showing of the 45-minute short film, a Q+A session with Jordan, and opportunities to connect with additional communities before and after the sessions, including SFSU.
