BEZ OBMEZHEN "Strong Hearts" North America Tour 2025 in Denver on October 17th
BEZ OBMEZHEN, one of Ukraine's most popular rock bands, is coming to the Oriental Theater in Denver on October 17th as part of their North America Tour! You won't want to miss this incredible band and opportunity. Each ticket we buy supports Ukrainian Defenders as a portion of the proceeds from their tour supports drones and vehicles for Ukraine's Defense Forces! See a clip from one of their last tours below.

New 2025-26 Upcoming Solar Panel Events
The ever popular events of solar panel conversions and decoration are back for the 2025-2026 school year! Thanks to Fairview High School in Boulder for hosting most of these events where the community at large zooms with our friends in Ukraine while converting and decorating portable solar panels with messages of hope. The next event will be held in October, so please keep an eye out for the specific date to follow.
Cyndi's Traveler's Tarot Exhibit
Thank you to our very talented volunteer Cyndi Kennedy for donating proceeds of her art show to Sunflower Seeds Ukraine. Her art exhibit, which runs through the end of September, is featured at the Lafayette Public Library in Colorado. Her mesmerizing collage art uses old postage stamps from all over the world!
Ruslan Horoviy- Ukrainian Readings and Film
Ukrainian filmmaker, author, and humanitarian Ruslan Horovyi will appear in three Colorado locations: Castle Rock, Arvada, and Louisville to share his latest film (Castle Rock only) and share readings. This is an all Ukrainian language event, an opportunity to hear this beautiful language Ukrainians are fighting to preserve. Donations appreciated.
Thursday 10/9: 6PM at God Will Provide Denver (12425 W. 61st Ave, Arvada)
Friday 10/10: 6PM at Douglas County Library (100 S. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock)
Saturday 10/11: 6PM at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church (506 Via Appia Way, Louisville)

Sunflower Seeds Ukraine volunteers participating in the 2025 Ukrainian Festival sponsored by Ukrainians of Colorado in August. It was wonderful to meet with so many of our current and prospective supporters in person and to celebrate Ukrainian culture through dance, song, and food!
Colorado's own NaDiya band performing a benefit concert for Sunflower Seeds Ukraine at Avagadros Number in Fort Collins on September 14th. Thanks to everyone that came out for great music, delicious food, and a mighty cause!
